What is the length of the lease?
Leases are one year leases.
What is the frequency of rent payments?
Rent is due weekly by auto-debit.
How do leases work for multi-tenant suites?
Multi-tenant suites will only need one main contact person for the lease.
What is included with the suite rental?

What is the cost for laundry?
Our convenient on-site laundry will include 3 commercial washing machines and 3 commercial dryers. Each load will be $1.50 – easily paid through an online pay app so no need for change!
How do I reserve a suite?

How much are the suites?
Depending on the suite size and location, we are currently offering singles, deluxe, and triple suites. Please contact Delanie Ford for more information.
Cost to reserve a suite?
A non-refundable deposit of ½ of a 4-week security deposit is due to hold your suite.
